The receptionist was very rude and had poor communication skills. Susan on the other hand, was amazing! I loved her! She was very friendly. I will definitely continue to see her.

I never feel rushed and am given ample time to express all my concerns. Never feel RUSHED !!! Thank you SUSAN !!! For taking the time to be VERY THOROUGH and asking questions I even as a retired nurse, might of forgotten to think of.

I went to see Susan Lance and besides her being very nice, she made me feel very comfortable talking about all my problems. Not only that, I was having trouble with my medication and she made sure she was able to get me the right medication and what I could afford. She always calls you back personally to give results or if you have questions. The rest of the staff was nice as well. Very good experience!

First time seeing Susan Lance. She did great. Only forgot to fill my inhaler. Will have to get iron filled at SPRHC pharmacy. Costs too much at CVS all else was awesome

Pretty good just sometimes when scheduled appointments are set usually takes about 30-1hr later to go in after your set appointment time.
